Apr\u00e8s un dipl\u00f4me en histoire de l\u2019Art, Vincent Dieutre<\/span> entre \u00e0 l\u2019IDHEC avant de s\u00e9journer \u00e0 Rome et New York (Bourse \u00abhors les murs\u00bb Villa M\u00e9dicis 1989). Il y tourne son premier film Rome D\u00e9sol\u00e9e, en 1994 tout en continuant d\u2019\u00e9crire et enseigner \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, \u00e0 la Femis et dans des \u00e9coles d\u2019art. Ses films, qui ont remport\u00e9 de nombreux prix, sont des documentaires autobiographiques. Tiss\u00e9 par la musique, la peinture et sa vie personnelle, ils explorent les fronti\u00e8res entre cin\u00e9ma et art contemporain.
